SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the United States. If you are an international customer, shipping to more countries is offered in our shop on Etsy.
What is your processing & shipping time?
Standard processing time on orders is 1-3 business days, with the exception of camp mugs. This is subject to change during holidays and vacations. If there is an increased processing time in effect, it will be stated on the home page.
Shipping times are stated during checkout, but most items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which has a shipping time of 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that all shipping times are estimates from the carriers and are not guaranteed.

ORDERS
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations or changes are accepted as long as your order has not yet been packaged and shipped. Once a shipping label has been created for your order, it can no longer be changed.
For custom mugs: Cancellations or changes to custom orders are accepted within 2 hours of ordering. If you decide after the 2 hour window that you would like to cancel your order, please contact us, and if your item hasn't been sent to printing yet we will gladly cancel the order for you, but this is not a guarantee. Once an item has been sent out to be printed the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Can I return an item?
Non-customized items:
- We gladly accept returns for all non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within that time period and ship the items back to the address that will be provided.
- Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Upon receiving the item back in its original condition, we will issue you a refund for the price of the item.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customized items:
- Customized items, including all mugs, are not able to be returned. If there is an error or damage with the item you receive, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to set up a replacement. If you ordered a mug, please do not ship the item back to the Arizona address that it was shipped from as this is not the correct return address.

My order was received damaged or defective
While rare, mistakes, accidents, or damages during shipping do occasionally happen. If your order arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective in any way, please contact us so we can fix it. Please include your order number and a photo of any item that arrived with error.

My order was returned to sender due to the wrong address
If your order wasn't deliverable due to an incorrect address being given, once it's returned we can have it shipped out again, but you are responsible for the fee to reship the item. Please be aware that this is sometimes more expensive than the original shipping cost as we offer discounted or free shipping on our items.
My order hasn't arrived
According to the USPS, their shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, and sometimes the postal service unfortunately does take longer than the estimated timeframe given to ship packages. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days from the ship date (for US orders), please let me know and I can consider the item lost in transit and send out a replacement order.
My order says "pre-transit" for several days. Has it been shipped?
Unfortunately the postal service sometimes does not scan items correctly or misses a scan. If you receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped, please know that is has in fact been shipped out. Almost always the package is making its way through the mail, and it is simply the tracking that hasn't been updated correctly by the mail carrier, but if an item doesn't arrive within 10 business days from the the original ship date please contact us so we can send out a replacement.
My tracking info says my package was delivered but I haven't received it
There have been many instances that the USPS has been marking packages as delivered before they actually drop them off. This is usually just a scanning error on their part, and the packages have shown up at the door or mailbox up to a few days later. If your tracking says your package was delivered but you do not see it anywhere, please know that it's likely still on its way. If it has been 3 business days since the tracking has been updated to delivered and your package still hasn't arrived, please let us know so we can send out a replacement.
CAMP MUGS
What is your processing & shipping time?
Standard processing time for mugs is 3-5 business days (M-F). This is subject to change, especially during the holidays. Always check the mug product page for the current processing time information.
US orders have an estimated shipping time of 2-5 business days. For 1-3 business days shipping choose priority mail shipping at checkout.
All mugs are shipped from Phoenix, Arizona
Will I see a proof of my design?
A proof of your design will not be sent unless there is confusion with your custom request. In that case we will contact you with any questions we have to ensure you are receiving the design you want, but please be aware that this may delay processing time.
If you would like to see a proof of your item please leave us a note during checkout. After sending a proof we will be waiting until your approval of the design before your order goes into printing, so please keep an eye on your email.
Also please double check all spelling and dates are correct when submitting an order because once a design is printed, it cannot be returned.
What are the care instructions?
It is recommended to hand wash camp mugs to preserve their longevity. They are made out of metal and any chips to the enamel over time could cause the metal underneath to rust if left in water.
Do not microwave any metal camp mugs.
