Returns & Refunds
NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS:
- We gladly accept returns for all non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return, please contact us at hello@wildpeoniesstudio.com within that 14-day time period. You will be provided the return address to ship the item(s) back to.
- Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Upon receiving the item back in its original condition, we will issue you a refund for the price of the item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS:
- Customized items, including all mugs, are not able to be returned. If there is an error or damage with the item you receive, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to set up a replacement if applicable.

If you ordered a metal camp mug without any custom text, this is still considered a customized product and it is not eligible for returns.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES:
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS:
- Once we’ve received and approved your return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@wildpeoniesstudio.com.
