Shipping policy

All Items Excluding Personalized Mugs

Standard processing time on orders is 1-3 business days, with the exception of camp mugs. This is subject to change during holidays and vacations. If there is an increased processing time in effect, it will be stated on the home page of our website.

Shipping times are stated during checkout, but most items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which has a shipping time of 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that all shipping times are estimates from the carriers and are not guaranteed.

Items are shipped from New Jersey.

Camp Mugs

Camp Mugs are shipped separately from any other products. 

Standard processing time for mugs is 3-5 business days (M-F). This is subject to change, especially during the holidays. Always check the mug product page for the current processing time information.

US orders have an estimated shipping time of 2-5 business days. For 1-3 business days shipping choose priority mail shipping at checkout.

All mugs are shipped from Phoenix, Arizona.

 

We currently only ship to the United States. If you are an international customer, shipping to more countries is offered in our shop on Etsy.
