Can I Get My Mugs Sooner?
Mugs are printed to order and there is a standard processing time that unfortunately cannot be rushed. Shipping times for US orders can be sped up by upgrading to Priority Shipping, but please try to order with enough time for your mugs to be printed and shipped to you.
Return Policy
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for personalized mugs.
If your order does arrived damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can get a replacement out. See the full return policy for more details.
